competent conciergeamazing dinnerfriendly staff
the concierge was very helpful my food restrictions were accommodated at a traditional japanese restaurant it was the best dinner we had during our three-week trip the staff helped us find amazing dinner experiences each night i will definitely return and recommend this hotel.
the breakfast required a wait of about forty minutes after waiting in line so i couldn't have it.

the hotel provides several shops a bowling alley and a convenience store there is also a historical temple nearby i had easy access to outdoor seating areas around the tower.

The location was really convenient. I could easily walk to nearby stations. the room provided good amenities daily. the staff was amazingly friendly and genuine. i enjoyed access to the sky lounge.

the breakfast buffet on the 34th floor features excellent views. the hotel also has a traditional japanese breakfast option on the 1st floor. however, the 33rd floor dining area can get crowded during peak hours.

akabanebashi station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. shibakoen station is about an 8-minute walk. azabudai hills is a 15-minute walk from this hotel, so getting around was not a problem.
