The staff at the lobby bar were amazing. Ersim, Irem and Mehmet from the Lobby bar and restaurant were very friendly. Onder from reception was also kind.
The hotel seems old. The furniture felt quite dated. Noise was a problem due to a concert close by. The loud music made it difficult to sleep well.

the staff provided superb attention to detail. my room featured comfortable furnishings and a fine view. the overall cleanliness and upkeep impressed me. breakfast offered many choices.
i noticed that the sound isolation from street noise was not ideal, causing some disturbance.

mehmet emin and cevdet were amazing during breakfast. they were very cute and checked in frequently. the food variety was fantastic, and it tasted delicious. orzem from guest relations provided excellent personalised service. she really took care of us during our whole stay.
the curtain in my room had some dirty spots, and the room lighting felt a little dim at times.

the gym features modern equipment like treadmills and stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of pastries. cevdet erdem and aleyna provided attentive service during breakfast. i found the bosphorus views from my room amazing and lovely. i enjoyed watching ferries and the city skyline.
