the staff spoke multiple languages which i appreciated. the location was near a shopping mall so i had easy access to daily needs. it was a convenient feature. breakfast options were also wonderful.
i experienced a problem with the door lock. i needed the reception to fix it multiple times. this was quite inconvenient

I stayed for several days. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The indoor pool was clean, i saw staff monitor water quality daily. The breakfast includes a wide variety of options like fresh fruit and local pastries.
The air conditioning made a slight noise, it bothered me.

Staff at the reception were polite and helpful with directions. The valet service was quick and efficient, always ready to assist with luggage and parking needs, i saw this happen several times.

The hotel featured a spa area with a sauna and steam room. The health club included modern equipment and offered personal training sessions, it looked like very professional equipment. A business center with computers and printing services was also available.

My room included a king-size bed and a seating area. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, that was very good. A work desk and ergonomic chair allowed for comfortable work.

the minibar was closed with nails really a classy touch. when i wanted to pay with cash in euros they insisted the exchange rate was 20 lira per euro even though the official rate was 34.
