the location was perfect for the concert at the auditorio della musica. the hotel sits in a beautiful part of the city. i found the staff amazing, from the receptionist to the cleaners.
upon checkout, i was surprised by a city tax charge. the response was antagonistic to the issue. i was frustrated that this extra charge came out of nowhere.

I found friendly staff and good service . The breakfast was excellent. There were many options to choose from. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. It had everything I needed for my stay.
The subway made the floor vibrate sometimes, a little annoying.

The room was quite small. Space was limited. there was barely any clearance between the bed and the walls. i found it difficult to work or even stretch without bumping into something. the wardrobe was also tiny so i had to keep most of my clothes in my suitcase.
