The hotel staff offered excellent assistance with directions. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of Turkish cheeses and olives. The location is close to major historical sites. Hagia Sophia is only a short walk away. The air conditioning in my room worked very well.
The street noise was quite loud, even late at night. The bathroom had a slight odor, and it was persistent.

the staff were so kind i must say! i asked for an early check-in because of my early flight and they granted it for me. the breakfast buffet was really typical for the region with many options i could pick from. the rooms were very clean too i appreciated that a lot.
there was a little too much noise from the street it made it hard to rest well during the night but it was still manageable.

the hotel is near major attractions i loved it! i could walk to the main square and big mosques quite easily it was very convenient. it is also relatively close to the bosphorus.

breakfast had a wide variety of food and the view from the top where i ate was excellent! the terrace offered lovely views of the bosphorus and mosques it was very pleasant. i really liked the rooftop view for breakfast.

the room was clean it had a private fridge a coffee pot instant coffee and tea that was good. i also had water and shampoo. the room also had air conditioning that worked great and the bathroom was well-kept.

the staff was friendly and professional kartal at reception provided excellent customer service. he gave great guidance support and his attitude was positive all the time. i found all personnel to be focused on providing solutions for every need.

the location was great for seeing popular attractions. the mosques and topkapi palace were a short walk. breakfast on the terrace had nice views.

The hotel enjoys an unbeatable location near main attractions. I found Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia a short walk. The terrace offers great views. Rooms were clean.
I did notice a sewage smell in the bathroom. This made the room uncomfortable sometimes. The windy staircase wasnt easy to traverse.
