friendly staff polite staff reduced offerings pool atmosphere
breakfast amazed me. the staff was nice especially ning and prem were very polite and friendly. the lounge staff were also very friendly and polite i thought they became like family wendy, pimmada, and mint were great and so was all the kitchen staff!
unfortunately, the club lounge offerings seem reduced. the pool area felt more like a family hotel with kids jumping into the pool and splashing everyone. i also had my apple airpods pro disappear from the room after housekeeping.

the staff demonstrated really good service. the horizon city view room was spacious and well-appointed, showcasing panoramic city views. i appreciated the plentiful breakfast options. the hotel provided a seamless experience.

My One-Bedroom Serenity Suite had ample space and great amenities. The club lounge access provided awesome breakfast options. I appreciated the dedicated staff who ensured coeliac options were available. The rooftop bar offered very nice views (a must-see!).

excellent stay at the sanctuary
tropical pool zen touches killer views comfortable furniture
The hotel boasts wonderful features. the tropical pool area offered a fantastic, relaxing space! the atmosphere across the hotel felt very cute. i especially loved the zen touches, from the candles to the incense within the common areas. It. the rooftop bar offered killer views and great drinks. Furniture across my suite was very comfortable. the hotel bed was one of the best i've slept in!
the check in was a bit slow, it took longer to get to the room. missing most of the sunset wasn't the start i had hoped for.

vertigo too, located on the rooftop, provides luxurious dining with an elegant atmosphere. the international and fusion cuisine features well-balanced flavors and high-quality ingredients. a wide variety of cocktails enhances the experience.

i had lunch at bai yun restaurant it is on the 59th floor the food was delicious the service from hill and zara stood out they were attentive they adapted to our needs this made the visit better
