The location is excellent. I could see the opera Garnier directly from the hotel. The lobby bar displayed beautiful decor. The staff showed attentive service, and I felt very welcome. The frigobar was stocked well. Room service provided good quality food.

The television was a bit old. The connection was limited to Windows only.

The hotel is very close to the opera house and galleries lafayette. i found the rooms to be standard-size and well-kept. the staff accommodated my early arrival wonderfully. I appreciated that. the bar, la verriere, offered craft cocktails. It was great.

i wish the bathrooms included a double sink at this price point.

The breakfast had lovely choices! The staff were friendly and cute. The room was clean and neat. I really appreciated the fresh atmosphere.

The dinner menu included ideas that were too one-sided. The options seemed designed mainly for Asian or US guests. I think a great kitchen should provide broader culinary experiences.
