some concerns about noise levels

excessive noisewet bathroom
the noise INSIDE the hotel was excessive. I could hear EVERYTHING from adjacent rooms. the location next to the camping resulted in karaoke noise ALL night. this made sleeping difficult. the shower lacked a door resulting in a WET bathroom floor.

the pool is beautiful. there are many sun beds available for all guests. the staff are friendly and quick. the breakfast each day had awesome quality.
the neighbors on the balcony is quite close. i noticed a entêtant perfume in the room. there is lack of pressure of water in the shower.

The breakfast was VERY good. The staff were SO friendly and helpful. The beaches were lovely within walking distance and easy to get into town BY bus. The two pool options were great!
The cabine DE douche did not have a door. This was illogical. The bathroom was wet each time we took a shower. The room was tiny compared to other hotels on the island. The price was expensive for what we got.

The hotel is modern and very clean. I found the staff friendly and helpful (they really go above and beyond). My room was a good size. The location allows easy access to the beach and Chania by bus. The hotel grounds are beautiful with nice pools, sun beds, and cabanas. Breakfast offered a great range of options. The outside bar by the pool was well stocked. The rooms have private bathrooms and good amenities. Daily cleaning was immaculate. The food at the restaurant and the cocktails from the bar were delicious.

The location is convenient. The beach is just a five-minute walk. The hotel provides really good cleanliness, the room received daily cleaning, complete with fresh towels. The pool area is gorgeous, it features comfortable loungers and a relaxing atmosphere. Staff members were consistently helpful.
The selection of pillows was limited to two options. I would have liked more choices.

I found a amazing hotel with excellent service! The team was friendly and helpful. The modern hotel is beautifully maintained. I enjoyed entertainment nights that the hotel hosts every couple of nights. They offer their drinks and dinner menu. The location allowed for easy access to Chania, a quick 15-minute bus ride right outside the hotel.
I found the room had some signs of aging. everything still worked properly, and the staff were doing a great job maintaining the hotel
