helpful staff outdoor terrace gorgeous swimming pool terrace breakfast missing elevator slight inconvenience
the hotel staff were very cute and helpful. i spent time at the meticulously kept hotel grounds. i liked the various outdoor terrace spaces and the pool. the pool was gorgeous.
the breakfast was not served on the terrace. i found no elevator. i was expecting it to be there. it was slightly inconvenient.

I liked the garden, it was beautiful. i also found the swimming pool large. the staff were kind and helpful. I appreciate their service.
unfortunately, the room cleanliness was not sufficient. i found some areas needing improvement. there was no elevator available and breakfast wasn't served on the terrace, which i would have preferred.
