The studio apartment was amazing. It included a well-equipped kitchenette to prepare meals easily. The bed ensured a good night's sleep and the bathroom was spacious!

I had some issues . The kettle was broken, a minor inconvenience. Cleaning was inconsistent. Some days it was thorough, other days less so. I was offered a smoking room initially, though I had requested a non-smoking one (it smelled strongly of smoke ).

i was pleased to find complimentary water bottles in the room upon arrival. the fully equipped kitchen had all necessary utensils and cookware (i even made a small romantic dinner). the spacious apartment, especially when winding down after a day of exploring.

the hotel is near a supermarket. finding a taxi nearby was easy. the convenient location helped with quick access to many facilities .

our room had a separate living area and a bedroom. the kitchen included a microwave and all essential cookware. i found the apartment to be much larger than expected (making it perfect for a romantic weekend).

the breakfast staff were always friendly with a smile. the breakfast buffet was really good (i especially loved the fresh pastries!). a nearby supermarket made getting any snacks quite easy.

acceptable locationdangerous showercigarette smoke
the location was acceptable with shops nearby, so it wasn't too bad.
The shower setup was dangerous. the tiled flooring caused water to spill into the bathroom, since it did not drain properly. also, i smelled cigarette smoke seeping into my room. That was unpleasant.

the staff were helpful, especially mr sunil from housekeeping and the valet parking team! the lifeguard was attentive and always watching over everyone. i found the front desk staff efficient and very easy to deal with (i really appreciated their quick responses).

the staff responded quickly to requests and were very friendly, showing true dedication to the clients. the sheets were clean, and the bedding felt crisp.

the location is very accessible, taxis are available right outside the building, and a supermarket is just a short walk away. i noticed several restaurants and coffee shops within a five-minute walk. the neighborhood felt very quiet and safe.
