the staff helped us take the luggage quickly from the taxi on arrival they upgraded our room free to a larger studio it included two rooms two baths and an open kitchen i found this kind and helpful breakfast was excellent i found a large variety of foods to choose from.

staff assisted with luggage immediately upon arrival plus the reception staff was very cute and nice i observed them handling requests efficiently and with a smile which was charming to watch as a guest.

i noticed a very large variety of foods at breakfast and the breakfast selection was quite extensive everything seemed fresh and well-presented and i appreciated the range of choices available each morning i went to the breakfast.

the beautiful one-bedroom suite had a kitchenette it was quite modern i found the bed and pillows comfy and the room was spacious i also saw the air conditioning allowed temperature regulation easily.

the hotel had a very convenient location to supermarkets and public transport i thought the location was great as well and easy to travel to the mall plus i noticed free room upgrades for some guests.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The location offered easy access to nearby cafes and the mall, what a plus. The apartment was spacious and clean. taxis were readily available right outside the hotel entrance. It made getting around super easy.
The room had a very slight damp smell!

My room had a good-size sink and an easy-to-use shower. I loved it. A mains extension lead was also provided. It was quite useful for charging all my devices after a day of sightseeing. I'd give it top marks.

The hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a large variety. I found both local and international cuisine. Taxis waited just outside the entrance. This made transportation very convenient. I found that quite helpful.

All members of staff offered excellent service. I really felt valued. They addressed every request efficiently. The team ensured my comfort throughout my stay. I am very grateful for this dedication.
