a amazing stay!

mountain viewhelpful staffconvenient parkingspacious room

the room i had included a balcony that offered mountain views. breakfast provided many options to choose from. the staff were helpful and kind. i also found on-site parking very convenient. the room itself was spacious. zell am see- included a summer card, a nice bonus!!!

dinner quality was a bit inconsistent. the menu had some unconventional choices. i think some classic options would have been appreciated.

The breakfast had a great selection of delicious foods.

The hotel photos are misleading. It looks tired. They gave me one thin towel and no bathrobes. To get a robe for the spa, I had to ask at reception, then return it there, even wet!

i enjoyed the three nights i spent at this hotel. staff was friendly. the room was a great mix of modern features and alpine style. my dog enjoyed the spacious area in the room too. hotel decorations enhanced the alpine feel. every area felt cute and classy. i appreciated the saunas in the spa after long days.

the gym did not have enough free weights to properly carry out my routine.

the comfort double room i stayed in had a balcony with mountain view. inside, i found two sinks and a rainfall shower. the room included a mini-fridge and a safe for valuables, very useful.

breakfast offered many choices. i enjoyed the fresh pastries and local cheeses. dinner included vegetarian options. the restaurant has large windows with views of the surrounding mountains i liked that.

the spa area provided several saunas. the pool area had about twenty loungers. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. on-site parking was available but cost extra, okay.
