limited menu fluctuating water

i had high hopes for the dining experience, but the restaurant menu was surprisingly limited. several items listed were unavailable during both lunch and dinner. also, the water temperature in the shower fluctuated a lot.

the toilet was clogged and it took a while to get someone to respond i tried texting the whatsapp but nobody replied in time eventually someone showed up there were no apologies i expect better for what i paid
