Acceptable Stay with Issues
slow servicenon-working heating
The breakfast service was quite disorganized. I went down for breakfast and several staff members walked by without taking my order. After waiting a considerable time, I had to ask for a menu and coffee. The service was slow and inattentive despite multiple staff being present. the heating in the room wasn't working properly. It was difficult to get comfortable.
