The Keisei SkyAccess line from Narita Airport with a short ride was FANTASTIC. A Family Mart across the street and other eateries along the same side were great options! The front desk staff spoke fluent english and that was a relief. They loaned us an umbrella which was such a help when it rained THAT day.
We booked a room. but it was WAY too small for two people. The room was a small passage to an elevated bed. It lacked room to open a suitcase, so we had to do it on the bed! There were hairs on the bathroom floor from previous guests.

the staff was friendly and helpful , which was appreciated.
the room was much smaller than expected . i found the room to be poorly designed, with an elevated section that further restricted space. additionally, the shower curtain had a noticeable odor, and i noticed yellow stains on the towels.

The staff were lovely and helpful. They assisted with taxis. the rooftop is enjoyable! particularly after a long day. The skytree looks amazing from there.
the hotel only cleans rooms every four nights. it was disappointing.

the hotel is close to several train lines, it made getting around pretty easy.
The room was small. I could barely open my suitcase inside. i basically had to unpack in the hallway.
