The onsen hours were inconvenient. It closed too early. I found it difficult to use before checking out. The room's bath plug was broken. It prevented me from taking a bath. The staff refused to refill my water bottle after checkout. I found this unreasonable.

i appreciated the rooftop pool. it overlooked the entire city with a mountain view. the jacuzzi had an ocean view. welcome drinks were also free. the hotel felt clean and modern.
the outdoor rubber slippers were too big. i requested a smaller size. the lady at the front desk handed us a pair without a carrier. the laundry machines were always occupied.
