Problematic stay due to cleanliness and service issues

The hotel is close to the sea. It's just a few minutes walk.

The room was not cleaned adequately. Cleaning staff only changed the sheets and towels. They did not even vacuum, which I needed because of my baby.

I found the location very convenient. It was close to both the beach and the city center. the food offered a good variety and tasted fresh. i especially appreciated the attentive service from the staff, who were always quick to clear tables and keep the pool area tidy. they paid great attention to the cleanliness around the sunbeds.

the hotel's gym was not fully functional, with some equipment broken. the air conditioning unit was moderately loud and not performing well. it was very hot in the room at night.
