the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. i booked a triple room, but it lacked basic amenities. there was no phone in the room to contact reception for requests or inquiries. the absence of a clear shuttle timetable caused confusion.

I am grateful for the location. It is relatively close to El Haram. Room service responded quickly. That was very useful.

The shower space in the bathroom is very small. There is no screen to prevent shower water from puddling on the floor. This is an inconvenience.
