mediocre experience with several issues

the staff was very helpful and polite, which i appreciated.
I found spiders in my room. i killed four of them and the room was not clean at all. it's unacceptable to encounter that many spiders in a hotel room.

I found some issues . The temperature in the lobby was too cold. I could not sit there and have a drink. The hotel seemed understaffed. They did not have enough people working so that i could have dinner at the hotel.

The staff was helpful.
I was charged twice for my room, even though they refunded me after 48 hours, I found the process frustrating. The room smelled stale and it was quite dusty. the balcony door in my room did not lockwith a safety concern.
