Fantastic Location and Super clean Room

The location really impressed me. It stands near the quayside, providing easy access to restaurants and pubs. My room had useful amenities. It included a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. I especially liked soft towels and quality bed linen, too.

I did noticed bird droppings on the outside of all windows. It was a very minor issue, though.

The location was perfect, very central and with parking. i found the room to be beautifully furnished and well-fitted out. the bed was comfortable. the shower was really nice and easy to use. a fan was provided in the room. I found that useful.

i noticed bird droppings on all the windows.

the room was tidy. the bathroom was great.

The location was central. the room included a decent mini fridge for drinks. i also appreciated the helpful dossier in the room. It had many places to eat and visit.

my room was right next to a pub. they played music until closing time, and it was quite loud. the towels felt strange, almost like microfibre cloths. bird droppings covered all the windows.

The location was very central. It included parking. The room was very clean, which matters most to me. Jenny was helpful with providing information about parking. Early check-in WAS available.

The hotel has self-check-in, which allows arrival at any time. This worked well because my ferry was delayed. A detailed book describes local things to do, offering suggestions and directions to various points of interest.

The hotel is next door to a great pub, Prince Charles Pub. Dozens of places to eat and visit are listed in a dossier located in the room. There are also many restaurants, bistros and cafes within walking distance.

The host called with extra information, and the owner was very helpful with parking. Earlier check-in was available, and Jenny was helpful with providing information in the guest information book. service was very efficient.
