Acceptable Stay, Some Disappointments

cold service concentrate juice

The rooms were quite nice and situated very close to the beach.

The service lacked warmth. It was rather cold. Breakfast proved a letdown, especially when compared to other stays I have had in Thailand. Juice from a concentrate was not ideal. Natural juice should be an option in Thailand.

direct access beach beach chairs cozy atmosphere dirty pool water dark bathroom broken shower

i loved the direct access to the beach with beach chairs there! the front of the hotel is perfect for swimming, because there are no boats there. the resort has a nice atmosphere, it feels very cozy.

the pool water looked dirty at times, it wasn't cleaned daily. the rooms weren't in a good condition! the bathroom was dark with only a single light bulb.

I loved being right on the beach. Our room had immediate access. the location allowed for easy snorkeling. the staff provided complimentary transport from the ferry. the breakfast had good options, a nice mix of thai and western choices.

The pool area had a kids section and a deeper swimming area. the resort provided laundry and ironing services, very handy. beach towels were readily available. the resort has its own private beach. I enjoyed the tranquility.

The location was excellent. It was right on the beach. Complimentary water and coffee were available all day at the beach bar! The breakfast provided a broad selection of foods. It included international and Asian options.

The staff at the restaurant were not so friendly. This may be due to their limited English language skills. felt similarly about the staff not being friendly! I suggest the management consider retraining the staff.

noisy room annoying window

the location was good, close to the beach.

Our room was noisy. I could hear everything happening outside. a weird window to the corridor let light in when people turned the lights on and off at night. It was annoying.
