excellent location with great staff
great locationhelpful staffeasy access
the location is really good, a lot of tourist spots are at walking distance. the rooms are cleaned daily and they change towels everyday. i found the staff very helpful and kind. miguel and elena were very nice. uber access at the corner is easy because the streets are narrow.
the room faced an interior courtyard, there was no view at all.

the hotel is in a lively neighborhood. its very close to a central tram stop. chiado and shopping centers are only 10 minutes away from the hotel.

the rooms are spacious and clean. rooms are kept tidy. the rooms are also very organized and i found them to be adequate.

there is no breakfast at the hotel. a small shop near the hotel sells fruits. i could make tea in the morning as well.
