a haven near the metro

i loved how close the hotel was to the metro station. it made getting around so easy! there was a supermarket nearby, very convenient for getting snacks. free coffee in the lobby was also a plus. parking was available under the hotel, i found it useful because i rented a car.
i did notice a very very slight noise from what seemed like a distant engine during the night.

The staff were kind when we needed assistance. receptionists provided excellent support for all requests, i really appreciated their quick responses. They were always ready to assist with any questions.

the one-bedroom apartment included everything needed for a comfortable stay. we found the beds to be comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, so we did not eat only outside.

the beds were really comfortable , which was at least something positive.
I was pretty frustrated with the lack of service. every time i asked for toilet paper , i only got one roll and was told to ask again the next day , which was ridiculous. also , the room wasn't that clean . It definitely didn't look like a four-star place.

Convenient Stay Near the Metro

The hotel is a short walk to the metro station. This station provides access to the entire city. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were many shops nearby. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. The beds were large and comfortable. Soundproofing was excellent.
I noticed a slight odor coming from the bathroom drainage.

Staff answered my questions with helpful recommendations. There was unlimited tea and coffee available on the first floor. The reception operates 24/7. This provided convenience for late arrivals or early departures and gave peace of mind.

The location is near a metro station. A big grocery store and a Starbucks are also close. Auchan is a few minutes walk away. There are pharmacies nearby. This makes it easy to obtain essential items.
