Barbara was very kind. ice creams were provided on arrival after flight cancellations. beach towels were available. Also the cleaning service was great and maintained tidiness. the location is a short walk to a supermarket and the city centre.
the air con could have been more powerful.

the double room had a nice balcony right onto the pool. the refrigerator was big. i found the room spacious and very clean.

the staff was really friendly (amie and barbara are stars!). the pool area was super chill. the hotel and my room were very clean. the location is convenient, with restaurants nearby.
the air conditioning wasn't very strong.

I found the rooms spacious with a nice balcony. the pool area was very good. the staff were kind and helpful. They organized taxis and provided towels for the beach (i really needed those) and pool. they even brought drinks to us at the pool.
i noticed the check-in process could have been smoother.
