lovely roomfine restaurant
the room was really lovely. the breakfast was amazing, the restaurant looked fine too. the pool area was really nice.
the gym was a bit ridiculous. there were only a few types of equipment.

The breakfast had good variety. i liked the reception staff. They were helpful. arthvik provided good service. the city view from the room was good. i really liked that. the pool was amazing. But the bed was also great.

the location was ideal for my travel plans.
the pool area was a letdown. there were only a few chairs, and the pool seemed to be under constant maintenance, which i found quite inconvenient. it was like the hotel focused more on appearances than actual guest comfort.

prompt serviceample toiletries
Customer service responded quickly to texts and calls. Staff like bellhops, servers, and receptionists were friendly and polite. The room was super clean. Ample toiletries were provided.

sewerage smellstained carpet
I booked the louis i room, but i was disappointed. there was a sewerage smell throughout the entire room. It was masked slightly by cleaning product scent, but still noticeable. one of the bathrooms had no hot water, a real inconvenience. also, the carpet in one of the bedrooms had visible stains. the lifts were slow and stuffy too.
