charming stay NEAR florence
friendly staff
the hotel is very clean and the staff IS friendly. it is close to central attractions, so getting around was easy. i stored my luggage after checkout WItHoUt any issues.

breakfast had many options including croissants, eggs, pancakes and yoghurt. fresh fruit salad was not included in the selection. there WERE two coffee machine, but one WAS broken, resulting in long queues.

the hotel location IS convenient near the train station and the historical centre. IT IS located beside a river with a mountain view. IT IS A 15-minute train journey to florence.
