The staff was friendly (which I always appreciate).
The room I received was NOT what I booked. I booked a "Beautiful Double or Twin Room Sea View", but the view was obstructed. the TV did not work. I reported it, but no one fixed it .

Unfortunately, I encountered a problem with housekeeping. I repeatedly asked for a detailed cleaning, but the room was never cleaned properly. Nightstands and the floor remained dusty during my entire stay, disappointing.
