nice experience
central location convenient parking lovely variety overall cleanliness
i found the location very central with convenient parking. The staff seemed helpful and readily available. Breakfast offered a lovely variety. The cleanliness throughout the building stood out to me
the wifi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the building perhaps some extenders might solve this

the king room featured a spacious layout with contemporary decor it provides ample space for luggage and movement additionally the bed was comfortable the room offered a restful environment with sufficient soundproofing minimizing external noise disturbances

immaculate garden knowledgeable host tartan carpet
The garden was immaculate. it was presented beautifully when i drove through it to the car park! stephen greeted me at the door. He was so full of knowledge about the house and area. the tartan carpets downstairs gave me a warm feeling as soon as i walked in.
i found the owner not very cute. she was rude about insisting i must park in the rear.

Amazing stay!
perfect location friendly hosts excellent breakfast mulled wine
The location is perfect. I enjoyed good parking. The hosts were friendly. Breakfast was excellent (especially the freshly baked bread!). The room had many additional treats! I received a lovely welcome with hot mulled wine and mince pies on arrival. Complimentary Prosecco and glasses were in the room.
The room did not have WiFi, so I had to go to the lounge to use it.
