useful water fountains attentive staff diverse activities
The hotel provides water fountains around the hotel , which i found very useful. room cleaning occurred with great attention. Sometimes the staff tidied up twice a day. the mini club and organized activities for children impressed me. These included water polo , petanque , aqua gym , and darts.
the air conditioning seemed fixed at 23 degrees , i couldn't adjust it lower without assistance.

a very pleasant experience
swim up room themed night friendly staff
the nightshift reception were really cute upon my arrival. i received an upgrade to a swim up room and it was a fantastic bonus for my entire holiday. the food was very good and offered plenty of choices, especially on chinese night. all staff members worked hard in the restaurant, yet they found time to ask if i needed anything.
the bus service to nearby locations was very good, though sometimes the drivers packed buses too full.

mimosa beach is only a short walk from the hotel, just two minutes, and it is amazing. the hotel's location is convenient, close to beaches and transport options.

adequate stay overall
clean room waterpark theme cold pool ineffective slides
the room was very clean. the hotel had a separate area for children with a waterpark theme.
the pool was heated by the sun. it was freezing cold every day! the water slides looked more fun then they actually were. my son went down a couple of them but hardly moved.
