underwhelming stay near the river.
working air conditioningbasic breakfastboiled eggs
the air conditioning worked fine. that was something, i guess.
I really disliked ordering breakfast the night before. it felt unnecessarily restrictive and the choices were pretty basic. It reminded me of i was back in school. they also skimped on the boiled eggs. twice.

The staff was always friendly and ready to help (I liked their recommendations for local restaurants). I found the proximity to the river to be a real highlight and provided convenient access to transportation and nice views. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning.
The elevator felt a bit slow.

the breakfast arrangement was quite inflexible. i requested four boiled eggs, but was initially limited to two without paying extra. this felt rather stingy. furthermore, the hotel lacks a designated luggage storage area.

the location was fantastic near wat arun and the grand palace. breakfast had a lovely view of wat arun across the river (it included fresh fruit). the staff was friendly and helpful. pan, the hostess, assisted with planning private tours.
