the shower temperature handles were somewhat difficult to adjust. it was hard to find the right setting..

the hotel staff were ALWAYS attentive, providing prompt service and answering inquiries efficiently. i found the facilities super clean, maintained to a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. the breakfast selection had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. THE central location made it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants.

Truly Charming Stay

Location I find very handy and it is very close to the town center. Staff I spoke with were helpful and very kind. I find bed lovely and confortable. I enjoyed upgrade to a room with a riverside view, lovely indeed.
Breakfast was shockingly bad, I find, considering this a 4 star hotel. It looked nothing like the photos. We asked for eggs more then 30 minutes, then they arrived. They were salty, chef must have been annoyed by the request.

The breakfast area I entered had several options that looked appealing. Fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes I sampled were available. The coffee machine worked well, but I thought the juice selection could have more variety. There were no issues with cleanliness.

The room was not what i expected. a curtain separated the room from the sink and a transparent shower. It was a bit awkward! the toilet door lacked a lock and sufficient height, impacting privacy. Really odd. also? the shower's sliding door almost fell, but the staff moved me to another room. How kind.

Really good Stay, I Can't Wait to Return!

I had a great upgrade. The room was amazing! I found the location ideal, providing easy access to everything. The rooftop bar was a great spot, providing amazing views. All members of staff were so friendly. I really felt welcomed.
The smoke alarm was directly above the bed. Its flashing red light kept me awake each night. It seems like it cannot be turned off. It was somewhat annoying!

Breakfast featured consistent offerings daily with no vegetables. Scrambled eggs were cold even at the start of breakfast. This makes me wonder how early the preparation started, right.

The staff were amazing. The pool bar, though busy, was a lovely extra.
The bedroom doors slammed often due to inconsiderate guests. The air conditioning was continuously faulty. I had to report it several times a day. It was quite frustrating, honestly.
