Excellent location near slopes
warm welcome nice view clean apartment ski equipment
The apartment had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn! I found the apartment very clean upon arrival. The included sledges were a plus as i used them every day. Ski equipment rentals were quite accessible, really convenient.
The breakfast and groceries available were a little overpriced.

The location provided immediate access to the slopes. I was able to ski in and out easily. There are a couple of restaurants and a small market close to the apartments. It is a very good position for skiers.

A cafe is located at Base Camp! I found it surprisingly good, and the team offered great service. There are lockers available for storing equipment within the hotel premises. The ski in ski out option saved time.

The apartment features a microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher. I found that the room included towels, a hairdryer, and a heating system. A mini vacuum cleaner and brush with dustpan were there.

The staff was responsive and very helpful through WhatsApp! I received plenty of information. Staff always looked attentive and willing to help with all necessities. MARILYN in particular is lovely.

the location provided direct access to the slopes. i found two restaurants and a mini market very close to the apartment. our apartment had a large lounge area. the private parking was quite convenient.
i found common areas rather dated. the steep hill made walking into town difficult, especially with no sidewalk. i noticed that breakfast and groceries seemed overpriced. the floor material was not very appealing.

Excellent stay for skiers!
direct access ski rental amazing pizza helpful receptionist
The location was great for direct slope access. Next door I found a convenient ski rental shop, also offering ski passes. The pizzeria there serves AMAZING pizzas. I believe they are the best. Tonia at reception is friendly and very approachable. I appreciated her helpfulness.
The building has an old feel. I think some updating to the common areas would improve the overall impression.

Decent location. Questionable maintenance
rundown building steep hill
The building felt quite rundown. The common areas looked neglected. It was clear there was a lack of regular upkeep in hallways. the walk into town was quite a hike. I encountered a very steep hill. It became tiring after dinner EVERY night.
