i enjoyed the room with a balcony. it overlooked the water and boats. julyda was courteous and efficient. she. i was very happy.

the room was small and cramped. i also thought the facilities were old. these issues could be addressed .

The location was acceptable. Many restaurants are accessible near the hotel.

The room had virtually no space for clothing storage. That was a real problem. Low shower water pressure was also an issue. The temperature control barely worked. The room never really heated up at all.

The hotel has a restaurant that offers flavorful food and drinks! I found the staff to be friendly and helpful , especially with directions to nearby attractions. My room was cleaned daily without me even asking, I really liked that. The location is perfect. It is easy to walk to the harbor.

The destination fee seemed like an unexpected extra charge, especially since I didn't fully utilize all the included amenities

The king bed was very comfortable and provided a restful sleep. I had a nice view from my room high enough to see over buildings. The room included ample space and was well kept with fresh linens.

The hotel's proximity to the harbor is a major plus and I really enjoyed my morning walks. It is easy to access various attractions and restaurants from the hotel. The airport is also conveniently accessible.

The pool area offered a relaxing environment with comfortable loungers. The gym included a treadmill and several weight machines, awesome for a complete workout. Ice bags are available adding to convenience.
