the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was great with convenient parking (it made everything so much easier!).
My upgraded room felt quite dark. the breakfast wasn't the best. I didn't like the automated coffee machine.

i found the staff quite helpful i needed information about local transportation and they provided bus schedules and taxi contacts without hesitation. the pool area included ample seating and shaded areas i especially liked the clean towels that were always available. my room was thoroughly cleaned each day i thought the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. the breakfast area provided a good start to the day
the gym equipment was older it could benefit from an update

the room featured traditional french shutters the bed had super soft pillows fresh towels were provided daily the air conditioning was effective and maintained a comfortable temperature i slept very well.

the reception staff assisted with directions the team were always cheerful. i forgot my charger and the receptionist helped me finding a replacement . the staff was able to help you find restaurants in the area.

the pool had a shallow end for children the pool house provided towels. the outdoor seating areas are surrounded by lovely plants the plants add a peaceful aesthetic. loungers were available around the pool.

i got an upgrade , because the room i booked was not pretty at all. it was dark and looked out over the parking lot. it felt cramped. the breakfast was the worst thing , especially the coffee. using a vending machine for coffee in such an expensive hotel is unacceptable.

The location is indeed beautiful! it is a short walk to billionaires bay, perfect for my trip. there's also a grocery store right next door, convenient. the staff was kind and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean. i also appreciated seeing lizards in the garden. the pool area is nice. I swam and relaxed by the poolside.
the coffee from the machine during breakfast could have been better. i would have liked fresh coffee.
