The room included complimentary sloe gin and whisky on the landing. The outside area was available to spend time in the evening. A fan was included in the room (a family room) given the warm weather. Little touches included pillow spray, fine teas, coffees and biscuits.
I found the restaurant a little dark. I couldn't quite distinguish much on my plate.

I enjoyed the food, especially at breakfast. Dinner was delicious (we dined there twice ). The rear terrace and the tables on the high street offered additional dining spaces.

The hotel is in a pretty village. It's on the high street, offering convenient access. The style of the place is something I LOVED and it's very well maintained.

The room was charming. It was perfect for a couple with a dog. I found the bed comfortable and the room decoration charming, the room well equipped.
