FANTASTIC stay ☀️
family vibeamazing foodconvenient coffee
The staff created a family vibe. Everyone was cute. Locals also stayed, SO amazing. The food included daily hot sauce and offered variety between the buffet and a la carte options. I REALLY appreciated the 24/7 coffee room for snacks between meals.
The tv in my room was initially faulty. BUT it was replaced after two days.

My room included good storage and a safe. There WAS an empty fridge available, encouraging use of the water stations. Plugs were limited. It might be useful to bring a suitable adapter. The voltage is 240.

i discovered the staff was attentive from beginning to end i especially loved princess who made sure everything was perfect tanika mixed great drinks at the pool bar the minibus driver was courteous and always smiling. the room cleaner did an excellent job every single day. i enjoyed the constant shuttle service to town and the beach it made exploring so simple.

my room included a large comfortable bed blackout curtains and a clean bathroom with a rainfall shower the air conditioning was efficient and quiet ensuring restful nights the room also featured a small balcony perfect for morning coffee.

the hotel provided two distinct pools one was near the self-service bar with spirits mixers wine bubbles and water the other was an upper pool close to a cafe serving a limited selection of cocktails sunbeds were available at both pools.

the staff offered constant service with refilled drinks at every turn they were responsive when i needed assistance providing quick help at the reception desk the level of attention added so much to the stay.

breakfasts were good and included eggs made to order lunch offered tasty dishes like rice and fish dinner had a variety though the quality could vary the pecan pie with ice cream stood out as a favourite dessert.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service

I really enjoyed the convenience of the self-service bar by the 2nd pool. The breakfast and dinner options had great variety and quality. The cafe offered tasty food. The staff was friendly. The suite was huge and comfortable, with a nice patio and bathroom.

The self-service bar by the second pool is fabulous! breakfast and dinner change up and they are very good. The cafe has great food as well. the staff is very friendly! they also have untapped rum punch. i recommend anyone stay for the weekend at least. the suites are huge and comfortable with a nice patio and great bathroom.
I think bottled water should not be an upgrade. It should be complimentary for every guest.

The variety of the food was amazing!!! i loved the themed nights. They had st lucian, french, indian, and asian options! the snack bar includes burgers, wraps, salads, and ice cream.

The room was nice and neat. It had sliding doors in front of one of the pools!!! the blackout curtains are great. the shower was also good and everything was clean.

i really loved the private hotel shuttle bus. it goes to the beach hourly in the morning and afternoon. there are sunbeds there. the views from the hill were fine.

The hotel is near to town. it has easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel provides free transfers to vigie beach and the center of town. i explored sugar beach. I saw colourful fish when snorkelling there.
