the hotel location was excellent. i walked to the arena within minutes. the blackout blinds in my room really helped me sleep well. they stored my luggage when i arrived early, i thought this was very helpful. the staff provided a packed breakfast since i had to leave early in the morning.

The room had blackout blinds, a definite bonus. The location proved perfect. The bus station was just a few minutes away. I found the room spacious and very clean, which I REALLY appreciated.
This payment request was the same as the room rate, but my bank had rejected the transaction. The staff said it was a phishing attempt, I think they should take it more seriously.

The breakfast included plenty of fruit, breads, meats and cheeses. Everything was regularly topped up to maintain freshness throughout the breakfast service. I appreciated the effort made to ensure high quality food.

The air conditioning seemed centrally controlled. i had to contact reception several times to adjust the temperature. the hotel appears somewhat run down, particularly the bedrooms. they would benefit from an upgrade. The towels provided were clean, but frayed.
