The location was acceptable, as it was near the subway.
Cleanliness needs improvement, as I observed a hairy broom. I found it unappealing. The soundproofing was inadequate, so I experienced considerable noise disturbance through both the windows and doors. This impacted my sleep quality.

The staff was helpful, i had no issues at all. there is a supermarket next door. It was very convenient! i had good cafes and restaurants within a block or two, nice.

The staff was wonderful (they even bought us a hot-water bottle). the location is super convenient with grocery stores and the subway just a short walk away. i really liked the gym and sauna. I was always alone to get my workout in. breakfast had a great selection, especially the amazing bread!

the hotel is near the Vorgartenstrasse subway station, a park, and a church. penny, hofer and aldi, and dm are all within a two-minute walk. a turkish store with fresh produce is right across the street.

the receptionists provided helpful tips and maps. they assisted me with luggage throughout my stay. staff addressed all my requests promptly and successfully. everyone was very cute.
