the staff was polite and accommodating. the air conditioning worked great. the location is away from crowds, but good restaurants are close.
the shower door did not close properly. there was nowhere to hang wet towels. the shower gel fell off the wall because it was glued on with double sided tape.

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! our best in italy and it was included. there was a huge assortment of options and excellent coffee. the staff were attentive and responded to all requests with a pleasant attitude.

the hotel is in a quieter area near embassies. it is convenient for getting around. it is near the train station too. the less touristic places are located slightly outside of the centre.

the location was super great for getting around. the staff was friendly and so helpful, especially with directions. the room i had included a really great coffee machine, and i used it every day!
the room i booked was smaller as i expected. there werent enough places for hang wet towels, that was a bummer. the shower door didnt close properly, so water went everywhere!
