the rooms felt amazing. the staff was amazing and super helpful. i felt so at ease with their kindness and dedication.
The wi-fi internet didn't work in the room only in the lobby. the valet was expensive. That seemed to be normal for the city, though.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was happy to see that my room was very clean and updated. The fitness room was also a plus (it was small, but functional).
The air conditioning in my room was not effective. It only blew warm air, and I could not adjust it properly. the volume control on the remote did not function. It was impossible to adjust the sound.
