Excellent Central Location
transport detailsdouble roomsoundproofing issue
Inna sent transport details from the airport before arrival. This allowed metro travel instead of a taxi. Mariana greeted me upon arrival. She provided a map with attraction locations and instructions. I booked a double room, a good size. It included an ensuite, TV, air-conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Water was provided too.
I experienced no running water for two days. Staff offered no support for this issue. Rooms lack adequate soundproofing. I could hear snoring from the next room.

small roomdripping air conditioning
i encountered a few issues. the room i was assigned was smaller than i anticipated. the air conditioning dripped water onto the bed. the staff tried to fix it after i complained, but the problem persisted. it affected my sleep
