the location is unbeatable. i walked to many attractions and subway access was really close. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist. my room had complimentary snacks and drinks, restocked daily.
the room i had was facing a restaurant exhaustwith an unpleasant odor. i couldn't open the window because of the smell, so i had to use the ac.

the reception staff offered helpful directions and promptly addressed questions. housekeeping did an excellent job ensuring the room was clean each day. they also quickly fulfilled any requests i had, such as extra towels.

the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. the location suited me well with a starbucks nearby plus many restaurants. i found the complimentary juice and water replenished daily a nice touch. the lobby offered coffee and tea i could help myself to.
the lighting was a bit dim for detailed work i needed to do.
