fresh fruit cooked breakfast varied selection rude staff uncomfortable bed poor service
The breakfast was beautifully cooked. I found a varied selection of cereals. A bowl of fresh fruit was available, and I also enjoyed tea and coffee. We were given a plateful of thick buttered toast.
One staff member was quite rude. I think it was the owner. The beds were quite uncomfortable. I did not find great customer service.

Decent stay with a few drawbacks
lovely food great service free parking poor lighting slow shower late bar
the food was lovely. all the staff gave great service. i liked the function room used for a family celebration. parking was free and on site (that's always a plus).
i found the room lighting poor. there was also no mirror. the shower took a long time to get warm and it was only slightly warm at best. the bar didn't open until 6.00pm (which was a bit inconvenient).

the room included tea and coffee making facilities. refills were available upon request. the parking was free and located on site. a hairdryer and iron with board were provided in my room.
the room i stayed in lacked proper soundproofing.

Excellent Stay Near Royal Wooten Bassett
quiet location freshly cooked breakfast helpful staff lawn view
The location is quiet I found this very relaxing. Staff were really good too look after me I noticed this immediately. Breakfast was freshly cooked I found the selection great. The room overlooked trees and a lawn I enjoyed birds singing in the morning.
The barman seemed rather miserable I observed this upon arrival.

The room was well equipped with good tea and coffee facilities I appreciated this touch. A comfortable bed provided restful sleep I felt refreshed each morning. The provided private bathroom included essential toiletries I found this convenient.

Dinner at the pub was very good I enjoyed the tasty food. Breakfast included a varied selection of cereals and yogurts I also chose toast. The restaurant is located within the premises I found this easy and convenient.

Good parking is available on the premises I found this adequate for all guests. The hotel features a garden I enjoyed the outdoor space. Staff are friendly and accommodating I felt welcomed .

lovely lawn singing birds friendly people
The breakfast was excellent and the people were SO friendly!!! the room overlooked trees and a lovely lawn. birds sang in the morning. It was a delight!!!

miserable barman cold shower
the breakfast was very good i had a filling start to the day
the barman was quite miserable his face seemed like thunder he was also quite rude i waited a long time at reception i wasnt even shown to my room when he asked about dinner time after a long drive also the shower was freezing cold
