decent stay, some drawbacks
ox tail soup food option varied food unhelpful sales chaotic check-in smoking rooms
The lunch was amazing. i really enjoyed the ox tail soup. It was probably the best i've had in a while. the food options were really varied, ranging from appetizers to main courses to desserts! the staff provided good service. I especially want to mention mr pramono and mrs nadya.
the sales team, especially carol, wasn't helpful, i'm so frustrated. i booked for a group and paid over idr 100,000,000, but check-in was chaotic. carol even blamed me for not providing a detailed list!! i asked for non-smoking rooms, but smoking rooms were assigned.

charming escape with excellent amenities
lovely gardens standout swimming pool excellent choices convenient public transport
i found the gardens lovely they were impeccably maintained. the swimming pool was a standout it was easily the best i saw. the breakfast and dinner options impressed me the restaurant offered excellent choices. public transport was conveniently close the gambir train station added to the accessibility.
i noticed slight wear on the carpets they seemed a bit old.

sports facilities abound with a large pool and multiple tennis courts present. i noted a basketball court, spa, and jogging track too. a kids playground and bunny feeding spot create family-friendly options there.

i appreciated the great breakfast the hotel offered. the dinner restaurant provided varied choices and a good atmosphere. sultan at the restaurant was especially attentive and spoke english well there.

the room included comfortable beds ensuring restful sleep. the linens and the mattress were clean and felt very comfortable. the space offered ample room to relax and unwind after exploring the area there.
