nice staff clean hotel good location small room worn carpet hard bed
the staff was super nice! the hotel was clean and also very classy. the location is good, i could easily walk to public transport.
my room was small! though the entrance was excellent, the rooms need work. the carpets looked worn, and the bed was hard.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
loud air conditioning stale cereal
The air conditioning in the room was quite loud, it really disrupted my sleep. The carpet seemed old and stained. Breakfast had some issues. I found pieces of eggshell in the scrambled eggs and the cereal tasted stale (it seemed opened for days).

convenient location helpful staff nice breakfast
The hotel was near Tram 33. I easily reached the MXP AirPort Express stop. The staff helped me when it rained. They gave me an umbrella each time I left. I found the breakfast quite nice. The hotel also had a terrace to use for coffee.
The room seemed a bit worn. It also got quite noisy at times.

The breakfast offered a high quality selection of items each morning. There was also a nice terrace available. I had coffee there. I noticed a superb wine bar across the street. It is called Spargolo.

The reception operated 24 hours a day. Staff helped me with umbrellas when it rained heavily. The staff were very friendly. They were also helpful .

The room was quiet and clean. It was well maintained . The room also offered a generally vintage vibe to the space. I rested well each night.

The location was close to the tram. Piola Metro station was also a short distance. The hotel is located in a quieter area. It was not far from the city centre.
