the staff was super nice! the hotel was clean and also very classy. the location is good, i could easily walk to public transport.
my room was small! though the entrance was excellent, the rooms need work. the carpets looked worn, and the bed was hard.

The air conditioning in the room was quite loud, it really disrupted my sleep. The carpet seemed old and stained. Breakfast had some issues. I found pieces of eggshell in the scrambled eggs and the cereal tasted stale (it seemed opened for days).

The hotel was near Tram 33. I easily reached the MXP AirPort Express stop. The staff helped me when it rained. They gave me an umbrella each time I left. I found the breakfast quite nice. The hotel also had a terrace to use for coffee.
The room seemed a bit worn. It also got quite noisy at times.

The breakfast offered a high quality selection of items each morning. There was also a nice terrace available. I had coffee there. I noticed a superb wine bar across the street. It is called Spargolo.

The reception operated 24 hours a day. Staff helped me with umbrellas when it rained heavily. The staff were very friendly. They were also helpful .
