there was no hot water in the bathroom basins in two rooms. the shower was acceptable. there were no usb ports in the bedrooms.

i loved my beautiful sea view room! it was so nice and spacious. the breakfast had so many options, it was fantastic. the staff prepared a mini cake. for my anniversary. this was unexpected, but so thoughtful and lovely
the hotel charged a refundable fee. it was 2,000 thb per room! as i booked 3 rooms they expected me to pay 6,000 thb. there was no hot water in the shower. so disappointing.

I enjoyed the size of the pool. It wasn't too crowded . the breakfast selection was also abundant with many options (i especially loved the fresh fruit). i also appreciated the well-equipped playroom. My daughter enjoyed it. it was a relaxing experience.
the hotel's location meant travel to the city center often took longer than expected due to traffic. this made planning spontaneous trips a bit difficult.

The breakfast buffet included a decent selection of food. Options ranged from western dishes to local specialties. drinks and shakes were delicious and well-prepared. the breakfast area was clean and well kept.

the hotel is near wongamat beach. it is a short walk to terminal 21 (about 10 minutes). the hotel provides an hourly courtesy bus to the terminal.
