Lovely Stay!
great view modern security
This hotel location is close to the beach and Terminal 21. The staff was super friendly. The room was big with a great view. Security felt very modern.
The elevators became a hassle because many tourists used them. The wait for lifts took a long time sometimes. It was a real pain!

The swimming pool floor looked very wow. I used the pool area. The sea breeze kept me very cool, I didn't need aircon near the pool.

mixed feelings about this stay
crowded pool disrespectful behavior
the pool was constantly crowded with large tour groups i found this disturbed my peace. they seemed to treat the pool area more like a viewing platform than a place to relax. some people wore street clothes and shoes around the pool, it felt disrespectful. i booked three weeks, and that was at least two weeks too long for me

corner room food option polite staff
i am so happy with our stay. the corner room had amazing views. the breakfast buffet featured lots of food options. i found friendly and polite staff throughout the hotel. the shakes were delicious.
i had to wait a long time for lifts. there were several coach loads of guests, so it was a bit slow.

the hotel is in a good location near many cafes. it is just five minutes by motorcycle to the beach, which i love. the area feels nice and central for exploring.

the staff was friendly. check-in and check-out were both fast. room cleaning was flexible with our activities and always left it clean. elevators were fast and convenient.

the room was super clean. breakfast options were plentiful. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
there was no hot water in the bathroom basins in two rooms. the shower was acceptable. there were no usb ports in the bedrooms.

i loved my beautiful sea view room! it was so nice and spacious. the breakfast had so many options, it was fantastic. the staff prepared a mini cake. for my anniversary. this was unexpected, but so thoughtful and lovely
the hotel charged a refundable fee. it was 2,000 thb per room! as i booked 3 rooms they expected me to pay 6,000 thb. there was no hot water in the shower. so disappointing.

fantastic stay with excellent views
breakfast selection well-equipped playroom
I enjoyed the size of the pool. It wasn't too crowded . the breakfast selection was also abundant with many options (i especially loved the fresh fruit). i also appreciated the well-equipped playroom. My daughter enjoyed it. it was a relaxing experience.
the hotel's location meant travel to the city center often took longer than expected due to traffic. this made planning spontaneous trips a bit difficult. elevator wait times were also long during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet included a decent selection of food. Options ranged from western dishes to local specialties. drinks and shakes were delicious and well-prepared. the breakfast area was clean and well-kept.
