Lovely Stay Above the City
laundry facilities opening window
I stayed in a modern, clean apartment! The full glass exterior walls in both living and bedroom offered very nice light. Laundry facilities inside the apartment were really helpful. I especially appreciated the opening window and good air conditioning.
The check-in process felt confusing because I got a car park pass, an elevator access pass, a physical room key. three separate pieces of paper. It didn't feel very streamlined. I hope they simplify this in the future for other guests!

The accommodation provided easy access to the City botanic gardens with just a five-minute walk, and it was only ten to fifteen minutes to the heart of the CBD so I could easily explore shops and attractions.

The hotel featured good security, providing me with extra peace of mind plus there were spacious areas throughout the apartment, bedrooms, and wardrobes, easily accommodating my family and all of our luggage.

There were some excellent restaurants within a five-minute walking range from the apartment, giving me a lot of choices for dinner. I enjoyed exploring the diverse culinary options nearby after a day of sightseeing.

noisy air conditioning limited equipment
The air conditioning was pretty noisy. It was hard for me to sleep well. there were not much equipment in the kitchen, I needed more utensils. I also was really disappointed there were no extra trash bags.

Excellent City Stay!
secure parking amazing views great location pleasant staff
The views were very nice. I had no issues accessing nearby shops. I parked my car securely. The staff were pleasant. I appreciated the perfect location and the easy access to shops. I was happy to easily park my car securely in the downstairs area.
The insulation could be improved because I could hear people partying upstairs.

The apartment offer a spacious layout and amazing view. The provided laundry facilities prove convenient. I greatly appreciate the two bathrooms and split air conditioning system. Luggage storage after checkout exist and offer much ease.
Shower head holder was broke in my ensuite bathroom. Only one small towel rail and no soap dish provided. No place exist for wet clothes or towels. These minor issues did not mar my time.

There exist many restaurants and cafes are within walking distance for accessible dining options. A mini-mart downstairs also offer quick access to snacks. I see the convenience for quick bites.

some issues .
bad check-in no email
Check-in was not good. the staff said i had booked until january 21, but i had booked until january 20. i had to sort it out on exit but they were too busy and said they would email me. so far no email came. It's disappointing.

really good stay at a premium location
modern design android tv
the rooms feature modern design and come perfectly equipped. the amazing view from the upper floors was really good! i especially appreciated the android tv in the room, it was useful. laundry facilities are present which is convenient.
I encountered issues with the room's cleanliness. It was not fantastic. the underground carpark was confusing, with badly signed areas. this did detract slightly from my overall experience.

unclean oven cheap couch
The oven was not clean I noticed this immediately. The couch felt cheap and seemed like it might break if I sat on it. I also observed a lack of supplies like soap and toilet paper. For four people in the room only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. The instructions to find the room were unclear
