the location was convenient. i found the proximity to the metro station very useful for getting around. the hotel maintained a clean environment and i appreciated the daily cleaning service. i observed that the staff members were both friendly and efficient .

the sound isolation was not adequate. i heard noises from adjacent rooms quite easily, particularly from the corridor and other rooms. also, i found the absence of a kettle for making tea a little inconvenient.

I found the location quite convenient, near many restaurants. My room was cleaned thoroughly each day, I noticed. The hotel provided a welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch after travel. The staff ensured I felt comfortable and oriented.

The lift was VERY slow, which occasionally made using the stairs preferable despite having luggage. I WISH they could improve it.
