worn carpet poor lighting
The breakfast voucher to the nearby restaurant was alright.
The room had issues. The carpet was pretty stained and worn, it definitely needed replacing. The lighting was poor with just one lamp and a ceiling light, so it was hard to see at night.

quick service ideal location good breakfast middle restaurants
The included breakfast was so helpful and very good. service was quick. I got into the park super fast. the location is totally ideal. it's so close to zion's entrance, plus, it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and stores. i didn't even need my car!
the room was fine and clean, and i loved the shower. though, i wish there were ceramic coffee mugs and a better coffee pot.

the front desk staff gave prompt attention and useful information regarding local attractions. daily housekeeping kept every common area tidy and clean. the shuttle service to zion park was prompt each morning, saving time and hassle.

our spacious room had two queen beds, it was very comfortable for the whole family. the air conditioning worked really well, and i found it quiet. we had a balcony, and it had great views of the mountains.

Excellent Stay Near Zion
clean room convenient location
My visit included a clean room. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at Porter's, a nearby hotel. The convenient location near shuttle stop 5 made access to Zion National Park easy. Laundry facilities were appreciated after long days of hiking.
I noticed the absence of an elevator to the second floor. Carrying luggage upstairs was a bit inconvenient. This could pose a challenge for some guests with mobility issues or heavy bags.

satisfactory stay
convenient location excellent breakfast mountain view thin carpet dim lighting undersized television
the location is convenient near the shuttle bus. breakfast at porter's was excellent (especially the pancakes!). i enjoyed the lovely mountain view from my balcony. the area is also close to shops and cafes.
the carpet felt thin since it was laid directly on the concrete floor. the lighting in the room was dim, with only a single lamp next to the beds. the tv seemed undersized, and it was hard to see from the bed.
