amazing location, superb service!

helpful receptionistunique touchamazing location

clarisse at the reception was helpful, and always smiling. she provided all the needed information about the hotel and the city. zakaria from morocco was also excellent and very professional. i booked a room with a balcony on the second floor. It added a unique touch to my stay. the location is amazing, right on a shopping street with everything nearby.

Reusable soaps were available. the views were of an office building, which can see directly inside the room. i wish there were more amenities available too.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Svetlin stood out, providing really good service. The hotel location was perfect. It was near shopping streets and other attractions. I found my room very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well.).

The breakfast area felt a little crowded during peak hours. More space would be helpful.
